All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and the destination.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Details & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Umbras is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
